1. User Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate information (such as your email and a valid phone number for 2-Step Verification) when creating an account.
- You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and 2FA codes.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Service Usage & Restrictions
Virtual Inbox provides temporary, disposable virtual phone numbers solely for the purpose of receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs). By using our service, you explicitly agree that you will NOT use our numbers to:
- Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
- Bypass security protocols to commit identity theft or financial fraud.
- Harass, threaten, or send spam to third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these restrictions, without refund.
3. Single-Use Policy (Burn-After-Reading)
To guarantee the highest level of privacy and security, all numbers provided by Virtual Inbox operate on a strict "Burn-After-Reading" policy:
- One-Time Use Only: Every rented number is valid for a single SMS verification code.
- Permanent Disposal: Once you successfully receive your requested SMS code, the transaction is marked as complete, and the phone number is permanently discarded from our system.
- No Reuse: You will not be able to rent the same number again in the future to receive secondary codes (e.g., for password resets). Do not tie long-term secure accounts to these disposable numbers.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
- Deposits: Funds deposited into your Virtual Inbox wallet are final. We do not offer cash refunds for unused wallet balances.
- Auto-Refund Guarantee: If you rent a virtual number and do not receive the requested SMS code within the designated timeframe, you may cancel the order. The cost of the number will be instantly and automatically refunded to your Virtual Inbox wallet.
- Any attempts to initiate fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our platform.
5. Third-Party Account Actions & Liability
Our service strictly provides the initial SMS verification code required for registration. We have absolutely no control over the algorithms, policies, or actions of third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Fulfilled Service: Once an OTP is successfully delivered to your Virtual Inbox dashboard, our service is considered 100% fulfilled.
- No Liability for Suspensions: If the third-party service suspends, bans, blocks, or terminates your newly created account immediately after verification or at any point in the future, Virtual Inbox is not responsible or liable.
- No Refunds for Banned Accounts: We will not issue refunds for numbers attached to accounts that are subsequently restricted by third-party services. You assume all risks associated with using virtual numbers for account creation.
6. Service Availability & Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we rely on third-party telecom providers to deliver SMS messages. We do not guarantee that every number will work for every specific service 100% of the time. Numbers are provided "as is".
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Virtual Inbox after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
